• LG110 (The Universal Standard): Ideal for general glazing of A1 and A3 melamine ware. Provides a clean, protective layer with a standard gloss.

• LG220 (High-Gloss Export Grade): 100% melamine resin content. Designed for A5 Grade tableware, offering superior brightness and enhanced stain resistance.

• LG250 (The Premium Decal Grade): Specially formulated for products with decal paper (foil). It creates a crystal-clear protective film that seals the pattern perfectly without yellowing or blurring.

1. First Pressing: Form the tableware using Melamine Moulding Compound (MMC).

2. Application: Once the product is shaped, sprinkle the LG Glazing Powder evenly across the surface.

3. Final Curing: Compress again at 160°C – 180°C for 15–25 seconds.

4. Result: A permanent, high-gloss protective layer is chemically bonded to the body.
